Refund Policy

Refund and Credit Eligibility:
To apply for a refund or credit on tickets purchased online, you must submit the refund request form below.

  • Full Refund: You can apply for a full refund up to 24 hours before the event starts. Refunds will not be granted after this period, only credit voucher will be available.

  • Credit Voucher: (a credit voucher which will grant you the value of what you paid to be used in future events) You can apply for a credit voucher up to 4 days after the event has concluded

    • To be elegible for a credit voucher after the event has concluded, your tickets must be unused

Exceptions: Please be aware that some events, including but not limited to concerts, boat parties, and special events like New Year's Eve or Halloween, do not qualify for refunds or credits. We strongly encourage customers to thoroughly review the event-specific information on refunds on the respective event page before purchasing tickets.
